Dolphin Suites Pool area

In the forecourt of the Dolphin Suites hotel, a new swimming pool with associated facilities has been realized, for which we provided the design (in collaboration with interior architect Pieter Laureys) and project management. The project consists of a large swimming pool with surrounding terrace and a pleasant little massage building which also houses a manicure room, sanitary facilities and shower facilities.

The hotel distinguishes itself by being one of the few hotels in the Caribbean that it is fully accessible for people with a disability, but emphatically without giving it the appearance of a care hotel or hospital. Also for this extension, everything meets the standards and everything is wheelchair accessible. Apart from the pool lift for easy access of guests with a disability, the wheelchair suitability is nowhere visible.

This makes the experience for guests, regardless of age, with or without disabilities, families or couples and business or leisure stays, equally pleasant. After all, the spatial qualities required for wheelchair accessibility do not disrupt the experience for non-wheelchair users.
